· Please note: All registrations will be conducted manually at Takura Overseas office. However, basic login to be done by the vendor/associate on the website itself

· Vendors or associates must not –

· advertise or peddle Takura Overseas’ services

· use Takura Overseas website to make any speculative, fraudulent appointment

· use Takura Overseas’ website so as to interfere with other’s use of Takura Overseas website

· defame, abuse or threaten Takura Overseas’ legal rights

· enter into an agreement with a third party without seeking Takura Overseas’ permission

· endorse bad word of mouth publicity about Takura Overseas or its services

· interfere with or disrupt Takura Overseas’ database

· misuse our support services or submit false reports

· remove or tamper with any propriety notice

· make the application available over a network, permitting its access to multiple users at the same time

· No other vendor or associate shall participate in this loyalty program. If any person is found using this program fraudulently, then Takura Overseas shall take necessary legal actions

· Takura Overseas reserves all rights to withdraw or modify the program at any given stage or time

· Takura Overseas reserves the right to cancel or terminate any account if it is deemed to be objectionable
